Vehicle Grade Metal Film MELF Resistor (MM102) is certificated by AEC-Q200. The dimension is in a cylindrical shape and with Metal Electrode Leadless Face(MELF resistor). MELF package is stronger mechanical structure to endure vibration and thermal shock. If compare with flat chip resistor, the body length is the same as flat chip resistors(0805), but the dimension is three times bigger than chip-R 0805. So that is caused better in heat dissipation than flat chip resistors.
